Job Summary:
Title: English Teacher for Young Learner Program

Responsibilities:
- Manage classes effectively
- Follow school curriculum and disciplinary procedures
- Assess student progress
- Create positive learning environment
- Evaluate and grade student work
- Facilitate classroom discussions
- Maintain student records
- Supervise laboratory and fieldwork
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Organize learning materials
- Use various instructional methods
- Communicate with parents
- Monitor student performance and progress
- Nurture cooperation among students
- Participate in school events

Qualifications:
- Degree in education/TESOL-TEFL certificate
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience with young learners
- Creative and resourceful in activity preparation
- Knowledge of child development and education theories
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
