Role Description:
The description is an overview of the opportunity.
In our center, you have the chance of engaging in a young and dynamic working environment, working with kids to develop their English skills and being part of a team to create extra-curricular activities of culture and customs exchange.




Main Activities:
The opportunity should be clear in terms of what activities the intern will be required to do. (Fill at least 5 activities).

Daily planning, implementing lesson plans, and classroom management.

Assisting students in small classes, occasionally leading lessons, preparing materials, and other teaching-related duties.

Developing an initiative to create an English speaking environment.

Organizing events to connect learners’ community with the expatriate community.

Working in a team to create a positive environment for sharing issues during the period.

Attend teachers’ meetings for professional discussion and experience sharing once per week or as scheduled by the Center.

- The total payment is fixed $1000 - $1200 for about 100 - 120 hours per month
-If the assigned teaching hours are below 100 hours, the salary remains $1000 - $1200.
However, If teaching under 90 hours, salary is calculated based on actual working hours (in cases where the center assigns classes but the teacher declines).
- The Teacher may choose a maximum monthly workload of either 100 hours or 120 hours. Teachers under the 100-hour contract shall undertake additional duties, including lesson preparation, administrative tasks, student support, and report writing, while teachers under the 120-hour contract shall not be required to perform such duties.
- The Center ensures teaching availability during the Tet holiday period. The Tet holiday month salary is $1000 - $1200. Teachers must follow the assigned schedule and teaching shifts; if they decline, salary will be calculated on actual working hours.
- If the teacher works more than agreed working hours, compensated according to the agreed salary.
-The teacher will undergo a probation period of up to two (2) months. During the probation period, the salary shall be equal to 70% of the agreed salary.
- The center will cover 100% of the Work Permit cost for teachers.
