Job Description:

Chumphaesuksa School, located in the Chumphae District of Khon Kaen Province, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of English Teacher within the Foreign Language Department. This is a temporary position under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office of Khon Kaen. The school is looking to fill four English Teacher positions.

Responsibilities include teaching English courses to students from Grades 7 to 12, working from Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30, and teaching at least 20 periods per week. Teachers are expected to prepare lesson plans and instructional materials according to the school curriculum, conduct student assessments as per the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551, provide remedial instruction as needed, support student participation in English-related competitions, and participate in school activities. The school will cover expenses related to visas and work permits.

The salary offered is 36,000 THB per month for native English speakers and 34,000 THB per month for non-native speakers. The contract period is from 1 May 2026 to 31 March 2027.

Qualifications required include being a native English speaker or a non-native speaker with strong English proficiency, holding a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field, and preferably having a teaching license or permit. Non-native speakers need to provide valid English proficiency test results, such as TOEIC ≥ 780, TOEFL iBT ≥ 80, IELTS ≥ 7.0, or equivalent. Candidates should be under 55 years of age, possess a valid passport, and have no history of bankruptcy, criminal conviction (except minor offenses), or disciplinary dismissal.
