Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kindergarten Foreign English Teacher to join our
team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English language
courses to kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 years old. The position requires a commitment
of 22 classes per week, with each class lasting 30-40 minutes and a maximum of 25 students
per class.

Responsibilities:
Teach English language courses to kindergarten students aged 3 to 6 years old
Plan and deliver age-appropriate and engaging lessons that promote language learning and
social-emotional development
Create and implement hands-on, interactive activities that support language acquisition and
development
Use a variety of teaching techniques, such as songs, stories, games, and role-play, to keep
students engaged and motivated
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity,
and curiosity
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and teaching
strategies
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress updates and provide
feedback on student performance
Attend school events and participate in extracurricular activities as needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, English, or a related field
TEFL or TESOL certification preferred
At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language to young learners, with
experience teaching in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting highly preferred
Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive
relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success

Requirements
·Native English Speaker: English is your first language;
