Job Description:

Ambassador Bilingual Academy in Chiang Mai is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for a full-time role with a salary starting at ฿35,000 per month. This position is integral to providing high-quality English instruction in our bilingual school environment in Thailand. The successful candidate will plan and teach engaging lessons, support students’ academic and personal development, and collaborate with Thai co-teachers to ensure a cohesive bilingual learning experience. The role also involves fostering a positive classroom culture and participating in school activities, professional development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with ABA’s curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction for diverse student needs, including English language learners.
- Conduct assessments and keep accurate student records.
- Provide written feedback on student performance each semester.
- Maintain classroom discipline following ABA’s behavior management policies.
- Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Participate in school activities and supervise students during various events.
- Engage in professional development and collaborate with colleagues.
- Administer and report on quarterly assessments and subject-specific exams.

- Adhere to ABA’s Code of Conduct and school policies.
- Exhibit professionalism in punctuality, attire, and behavior.
- Respect cultural diversity and foster inclusivity.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or a related field).
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred; experience in international or bilingual schools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and professional growth.
