1. Position Description: 1 Full-time English Teacher
- Contract duration: August 15th, 2025 ~ August 14th, 2027 (2 years)
- Teaching Grade: Elementary(1st ~ 6th grade), Secondary(7th ~ 12th grade)
- Working Hours: From 7:50 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Weekly classes: maximum of 22 classes/week
- Subject Area: EFL listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Winter & Summer English Camps: each camp is 10 teaching hours
- After school classes : teaching after school classes with extra pay
2. Salary and Benefits (before tax)
-Salary:
1)Basic Salary: 14,350CNY per month
2)Housing Allowance: 2,600 CNY for housing per month
3)Allowance for Professional Development: 250 CNY per month
4)Certificate: 1,000 CNY per month for teacher’s license holders OR
500CNY per month for other English certificate holders (※ apply to one certificate)
- Bonus: 14,350 CNY a year in 2 installments: half after 6months, the remaining half after the first full year.
- Termination of contract compensation: one-time payment of 28,700 CNY upon the completion of a two-year contract
- Paid summer and winter vacation: Around 50 days of summer and winter vacation are fully paid. (All teachers should work for about one week of each vacation for workshops, organizing the office, preparing for the new semester, etc.)
3. Required Qualifications
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree from a university in US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is required to get a Visa in China.
- Applicants currently working in China on a Z visa are preferred.
