Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that promote active learning, using hands-on activities, games, and group projects.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Foster a love for learning in students, instilling confidence and curiosity in their use of the English language.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Stay updated on best practices in education and child development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching to young learners (kindergarten and primary levels).
- Strong experience in designing lesson plans focused on active learning strategies.
- Deep passion for education and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and resources.
