Job Description:

English Institute in Cheonan, Korea is looking for a full-time/part-time English teacher. The institute is owned by a Canadian individual and his Korean wife. This opportunity is posted by Hopewell Institute, a small English academy that puts students at the center and is now in search of enthusiastic educators who are at the start of their teaching journey and wish to develop their skills within a tight-knit team.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a recent university graduate aspiring to excel in teaching, someone who is eager to learn and enhance their abilities each day, and values attributes such as teamwork, professionalism, and diligence.

Requirements for the role include being a native English speaker, holding a bachelor's degree in any field, having a genuine interest in teaching children, and possessing qualities like open-mindedness, reliability, and strong work ethic. While teaching experience is not mandatory, having the right mindset is preferred over experience.

There are two types of positions available: Full-time, with a monthly salary of 2.4 million KRW along with full benefits like airfare, furnished studio apartment, visa sponsorship, health insurance, national pension, severance, and paid vacations/holidays; Part-time, with a negotiable salary but no benefits provided.
