Job Description:
Cornell Bilingual School is seeking a Native English Teacher for the 2024/2025 academic year. Our school, located in Taoyuan, is a vibrant environment with various levels from kindergarten to junior high. The campus boasts modern facilities, including classrooms equipped with boards, projectors, and computers.
We are currently hiring full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6, focusing on language arts and science subjects. We value educators who are enthusiastic, dynamic, and dedicated to teaching.
Responsibilities include a workweek from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:40, with a half-day off each week. Teachers will have a maximum of 26 class periods per week, each lasting 40 minutes. Duties involve teaching, lesson planning, exam paper creation, science quizzes, and participation in school activities as needed.
The benefits package includes a competitive salary, attendance bonuses, sponsored ARC and National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and winter/summer vacations. Applicants must currently reside in Taiwan, be native English speakers, hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, and preferably possess a valid teaching license or TESOL/TEFL certificates, along with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
