Are you a passionate and outgoing English teacher looking for a new opportunity? Join us at Cornell Bilingual School located in Taoyuan, Taiwan. We are currently seeking full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6 to teach language arts and science.
Cornell Bilingual School is a well-established institution with over twenty-five years of experience. Our campus is equipped with modern facilities, including multiple classrooms, large boards, projectors, and computers for teachers to utilize. Located in a vibrant area, we offer a convenient and lively work environment.
As an English teacher at Cornell Bilingual School, you will have a competitive salary starting at NT 800,000 per year, with additional benefits such as sponsored ARC, National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and yearly vacation days.
The ideal candidate should be a native English speaker currently residing in Taiwan, holding a bachelor's degree or higher, and preferably possessing a valid certified teaching license or TESOL/TEFL certificates. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required.
The responsibilities include teaching, lesson planning, material preparation, creating monthly exam papers, conducting biweekly science quizzes, and participating in school activities when necessary. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:40, with a four-and-a-half-day workweek.
