Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a native English speaker to teach G.1 – G.6 in our English Program at Thai Christian School (TCS) located on Sukhumvit 71 Road.

TCS is a K-G.12 English Program school with over 50 years of history. We are currently looking for a motivated native English-speaking teacher to join our team. The available position is for a Primary Teacher who will serve as a Full-time Teaching Assistant and Cover Teacher for grades G.1 – G.6. This role involves covering classes and providing classroom assistance.

The employment details for this position are as follows:

- Starting salary between 47,000 - 55,000 baht.

- Position commences in November 2024 for the 2024-25 academic year.

- Salary increase based on performance.

- Working hours are 07:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday.

- Teaching approximately 20 periods x 50 minutes per week.

- Paid holidays, public holidays, completion bonus, and sick leave reimbursement.

- Health insurance, visa, and work permit assistance.

- Free lunch provided.

- Equipped classrooms with air conditioning and projectors.

To be considered for the position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant subject area.

- TEFL, CELTA, PGCEi, MEd, or similar qualifications are preferred.

- 1-2 years of teaching experience, or less with appropriate qualifications and enthusiasm to learn.

- Proficient in IT skills such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Willing to interview in person and present original diplomas and transcripts.

Collaboration, flexibility, and open-mindedness are essential qualities. Responsibilities include grading, record-keeping, and maintaining high teaching standards.
