We are looking for passionate educators to join our dynamic ESL teaching team in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Positions are open with immediate availability. Applicants located in Taiwan and abroad are encouraged to apply.

Hsinchu is located in northwestern Taiwan and has an abundance of magnificent and important cultural and heritage sites to explore. Hsinchu also borders the Taiwan Strait and is convenient to Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range, providing breathtaking vistas along the many walking, cycling, and hiking trails in the area. You will enjoy a more relaxed pace of life while being just a 30-minute high-speed train ride away from Taipei! Hsinchu is a great place to live, whether you are starting your journey in Taiwan or looking to set down some roots.
Our schools are staffed with experienced, passionate teachers who offer support to newcomers both in and outside of the classroom. We provide immigration assistance and comprehensive training and teaching materials. When you first step foot in the classroom, you will fell prepared and confident. You will also receive:
Starting pay rate from 680-730 NTD per teaching hour, based on experience and qualifications (about 70,000-80,000 NTD per month at 25 teaching hours per week)
Minimum of 20 teaching hours per week guaranteed
3,000 NTD monthly administrative work stipend
Annual raises and contract completion bonuses
Flexible vacation days
Comprehensive training and support throughout your first year and beyond
In-house curriculum including comprehensive Teacher's Guides, teaching materials, and interactive media
Paid accommodation throughout initial training, assistance in finding a suitable residence, full on-boarding, documentation, start-up loan, and arrival support
To qualify, you must have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or an associate’s degree with a TEFL certificate)
A passport from a country where English is an official language
The time and ability to commit to one year of full-time work
A clean criminal record
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional approach to the job
