TLI is currently seeking an English Teaching Assistant (ETA) to work with the Taipei City Government in collaboration with Taipei Language Institute.
TLI, a renowned training institute with over 65 years of experience in teaching Chinese to foreigners, is dedicated to creating innovative and engaging language learning environments. We have strong partnerships with top international companies and offer training in various languages including English and Japanese.
As part of the ETA Project, selected by the Taipei City Government, we aim to enhance English education for elementary and junior high school students in Taipei City.
We are looking for passionate educators to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of making language learning accessible and enjoyable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work at elementary or junior high schools in Taipei City.
- Assist local teachers in teaching various subjects.
- Create a motivating English learning environment for students.
- Design and implement engaging learning activities.
- Attend training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere to school policies and TLI guidelines.
- Be open to evaluations of teaching performance.
Working Hours:
- Full availability from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
- Teaching maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Stay on campus as needed during working hours.
- No unscheduled departures from campus without approval.
- No on-site service during vacation periods.
