ESL Native Teacher needed at CREO/DYB Academy in Paju, near IIsan.

Job Description:

1. About School:

- Name: CREO/DYB Academy

- Location: Paju, Gyeonggi-do (near IIsan), "Yadang Subway Station"

- Age Group: Elementary - Middle School

- Job Position: Native English Teacher (full-time)

- Starting Month: ASAP, preferably from June 2026

2. Working Hours:

- Full-time (M-F)

- 12:30 - 2:30pm (preparation time)

- 2:30 - 8:30pm (teaching hours)

- Winter Camp/Intensive Classes (Jan-Feb: extra pay)

- 9:30 - 7:30pm (MWF)

- 9:30 - 6:30pm (TT)

3. Salary:

- Full Time: starting from 2.5 million won (negotiable based on experience)

4. Benefits (full-time only):

- Housing fully provided

- Insurance

- Severance pay upon completing a one-year contract

- Holidays (approximately 10 days/semester)

5. Qualifications:

- Native English Speaker with at least a year of teaching experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- E-2 visa eligibility with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

- F-4 or other F visa with USA, CAN, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE, or SA citizenship

- Apostilled Diploma, Criminal Background Check, drug test

Role and Responsibilities:

You will teach elementary & middle school students, using both the curriculum and your creativity to make classes enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct scheduled classes

- Prepare materials

- Assess and report on students

- Communicate with colleagues and administration

- Attend required meetings, workshops, and events
