Varee Chiangmai School is currently seeking a dedicated ESL Secondary Teacher for a full-time position. Located near the city center in Chiang Mai, our school offers a unique opportunity to teach both Thai and International Curricula. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about engaging learners and capable of delivering effective lessons based on an established curriculum. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in project-based and active learning.
We offer a competitive salary starting at ฿50,000 per month, with potential earnings up to ฿60,000 per month for qualified teachers with more than three years of experience. Our package includes Allianz Medical Insurance (plan 1), work permit and visa renewal costs covered by the school, nine weeks of paid holiday (excluding public holidays), and a diverse selection of complimentary lunches at our food court.
Our school is committed to the professional development of our teachers through our Teacher Support System (TSS), offering opportunities for both professional and financial growth. Teachers pursuing additional qualifications will receive support from the school and a salary increase upon completion of their studies.

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
