Job Description:
- Position: ESL Teacher (Salary depends on experience)
- Encourage high standards in student progress and school life
- Contribute to the effective school operation
- Promote a positive, purposeful, and professional school culture
- Support and motivate students, teachers, and staff
- Prepare lesson plans, gather materials, and set curriculum objectives
- Analyze student progress and attend parent-teacher meetings
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and ensure students have necessary learning aids
- Attend meetings, training programs, and prepare students for extracurricular activities
- Keep accurate student records and stay updated with current events
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the department and school
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TESOL or TEFL certification
- Previous teaching experience in ESL or EFL
- Fluency in English, additional language proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of students' home countries' culture and customs
- Social Studies knowledge is desirable
