Main Responsibilities:
- Teach English at public schools, private kindergartens, and language centers as assigned.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials suitable for the age and proficiency level of students.
- Apply engaging teaching methods that center around students, incorporating games, songs, and group activities to enhance learning motivation.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive, orderly learning environment.
- Monitor and assess students' learning progress, providing regular feedback and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Vietnamese teachers and the professional team to ensure effective teaching and support for students.
- Participate in events, extracurricular activities, English festivals, or special programs organized by the company.
- Perform other teaching tasks as directed by the company or assigned institutions.
