We are seeking a dynamic and innovative ESL Teacher to join our team in Ha Long, Quang Ninh. Our program emphasizes 21st-century skills, project-based learning, and intercultural awareness, making this an exciting opportunity for educators passionate about modern teaching methodologies.
Job Responsibilities
✔️ Design and deliver engaging ESL lessons aligned with international curricula.
✔️ Incorporate 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and communication.
✔️ Foster intercultural understanding and global citizenship through project-based learning.
✔️ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
✔️ Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and materials.
Who We’re Looking For
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners or teenagers.
✔️ Proven ability to integrate 21st-century skills, global citizenship, or project-based learning into lessons.
✔️ Strong understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and global skills.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proficiency in technology tools for teaching and learning.
✔️ Enthusiastic, creative, and patient approach to teaching.
Compensation & Benefits
✅ $20 USD/hour + $2 USD/hour performance bonus (KPI-based).
