Job Description:

ESL Teachers - Nursery & Kindergarten

Join The Language School in Surat Thani, Thailand, as an ESL teacher and contribute to shaping a better future for the children in our community. This position offers a wonderful chance to immerse yourself in Thai culture and make a meaningful impact.

Job Details:
- Location: Surat Thani, Thailand
- Levels: Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday classes available)
- Contact Time: Average of 20 teaching hours per week during the semester, with options for additional hours
- Class Size: 16 to 30 students

Responsibilities:
- Teach in both primary schools and private language schools
- Plan and deliver lessons using provided guidelines and materials
- Conduct speaking and written assessments with provided test materials

Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn at least ฿400 per contact hour, with a minimum of 32,000 Baht per month
- Insurance provided if needed
- All necessary work visas and permits for a six-month period are fully paid
- Contracts are semesterly, renewable by mutual agreement based on performance

Professional Development:
- Structured induction program
- Regular observations and constructive feedback on teaching performance

Requirements:
- Native speaker from the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia, South Africa, or New Zealand with a degree. Fluent non-native speakers with an Education Degree and TOEIC certification are welcome to apply.
- TEFL/TESOL certification
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and good with children
- Passionate about making a difference
