We are Apex Education company operating in Ukraine since 2018. Our mission is to raise the first generation of Ukrainian children without the language barrier.
We have several roles opening in September 1st 2026 for teachers from the USA, the UK, Canada, Ireland or Australia:
- Math and Science teacher (Cambridge program in English)
- ESL teacher, grades 1-11 in Kyiv, Ukraine
- ESL teacher, grades 1-11 in Odesa, Ukraine

Roles and Responsibilities:
Teaching the provided syllabus using ESL methods
Participating in training workshops and meetings (once per 3 months)
Regular communication with our office
Participating in demo lessons (paid ones)
Participating in video assessment lessons (paid ones)
Qualifications
Required/Desired Qualifications:
Must be a native level English speaker
In-classroom ESL experience with the young learners (6-10 years old) at least 1 year
TEFL Teaching Certificate or higher
BA degree
Police Clearance Check
Verifiable references
Salary and Benefits
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on your experience and interview performance (40000-70000 UAH/month)
All teaching materials provided
Monday - Friday schedule (weekends mostly off)
Maximum 25 teaching hours per week - no office hours
* within the probation period and later we offer 730 UAH per hour depending on the working performance of a candidate and guarantee 18 hours as a minimum of working hours per week. Average number of working hours per week 18-25.
** The candidate arrives in Ukraine on a tourist visa. After completing the probation period we organize the process of getting a temporary residence card.
