Job Description:

High-Energy Lesson Delivery: Teach engaging, communicative English lessons based on the provided curriculum, tailoring your delivery to match the age group (Kindergarten, Primary, or Secondary).

Active Classroom Management: Maintain a vibrant, positive, and safe classroom ecosystem that maximizes student talking time (STT) and participation.

Pedagogical Creativity: Adapt and utilize visual aids, physical props, and educational games to bring lessons to life, particularly for younger learners.

Student Assessment: Conduct formal and informal speaking or listening assessments, providing constructive feedback to track language acquisition.

Collaboration: Partner with local teaching assistants (TAs) to ensure smooth classroom dynamics, and participate in brief academic meetings or professional development workshops.
