POSITION DETAILS

- Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
- Teaching Hours: Guaranteed approximately 30 hours per week
- Students: Adult professionals over 18 based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America
- Remuneration: Set base rate of 10 USD per hour
- Contract type: Independent Service Provider contracted by The Really Great Teacher Company
- Location: Work from the convenience of your home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver English lessons to students
- Create a fun and engaging classroom environment using world-class teaching methods
- Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field
- Completed accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA
- 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience
- English first language speakers from select countries
- Must be based in specific regions
- Computer literate with a clear criminal record
- Engaging communication skills, punctuality, and alignment with company values

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- PC specifications: Intel ® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or more
- Backup power: UPS with a battery life of 4-5 hours or willing to purchase before teaching
- Stable fiber internet connection with minimum 20 mbps upload and download speeds
- PC connected via LAN cable, noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
