POSITION DETAILS

- Start Date: Immediate after the recruitment process

- Teaching Hours: Guaranteed around 30 hours per week

- Students: Adult professionals over 18, located in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America

- Remuneration: Set base rate of 10 USD per hour

- Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company

- Location: Work from your home

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver English lessons and guidance

- Create engaging classroom environments

- Lead discussions, assess performance, and provide feedback

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field

- Completed accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA

- 6 months teaching or tutoring experience

- English first language speaker from specific countries

- Based in Central America, South America, or South-East Asia

- Computer literate with a clear criminal record

- Strong communication skills, punctuality, and reliability

- Aligned with the company's values

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- Specific PC specifications and backup power requirements

- Stable fiber internet connection

- Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and suitable teaching environment
