Job Description:

iCamp Thailand is hiring an enthusiastic and energetic female camp counselor to join our international team. This is a full-time position involving both camp-based activities and office support work. During camp sessions, you’ll be working directly with children in an engaging, outdoor environment. Outside of camp periods, you'll assist with planning, preparation, and administration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working with young people in a dynamic setting.
You’ll be responsible for supervising and mentoring young campers, ensuring their safety, engagement, and personal growth. Daily duties include leading group activities, supporting team challenges, and creating a positive, inclusive camp environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide campers throughout daily schedules
• Lead or assist in physical, team-based, and creative activities
• Foster teamwork, self-confidence, and community spirit
• Be a reliable role model and motivator for young participants
Requirements:
• Female,
• High level of spoken English (native or near-native fluency required)
• Energetic, upbeat, and positive personality
• Physically fit and able to participate in strenuous activities
• Previous experience working with children, in camps, or outdoor education preferred
