Job Description:

Owl Able Wit School, located in Bangkok, is seeking a dedicated and qualified female Kindergarten English Teacher to join our team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ฿40,000 to ฿50,000 per month, depending on qualifications. Our school operates on the RAMA2 and utilizes a unique creative curriculum focused on practical and realistic communication skills in a trilingual environment.

Our ideal candidate will have an education degree or a graduate certificate in education, though a BA coupled with TESOL or TEFL certification will also be considered. Candidates should have at least two years of experience teaching kindergarten-aged children (3-6 years), with experience in Thailand being advantageous.

Key qualities for the ideal candidate include expertise in early childhood teaching, especially activity-based learning, and a solid understanding of early years behavior management. The candidate should be innovative and capable of developing new teaching materials suited to 21st-century learners.

General duties will include supervising and leading activities as the main teacher and participating in creating an English acquisition environment as a co-teacher. The role involves setting a conducive classroom environment and developing teaching materials aligned with our curriculum.

Benefits include additional payments for after-school activities, assistance with work permits and visas, paid school breaks, and all national holidays.
