We are looking for a high-performance Filipino teacher who can deliver real student results — not just teach. Only Applicants Who Are Currently In Thailand. Imediate start.

👩🏫 Position:
Phonics & Grammar + Science & Math Teacher (Young Learners)
🔎 Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• Filipino ( prefer Female)
• Age not over 40
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Education or related field preferred)
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA preferred
• Strong background in Phonics & Grammar
• Able to teach Science & Math in English
• Confident teaching young learners (ages 3–15) with fun and energetic
• Able to teach students with very limited English
• Initiative
🧠 Core Competencies:
• Strong understanding of child development
• Able to teach phonics (blending, decoding, reading skills)
• Can simplify lessons for beginner learners
• Strong communication and classroom presence
⚡ Performance Standards (KPI-Based):
• Every class must deliver clear learning outcomes
• Students must be able to explain what they learned within 1 hour
• Strong classroom control (active & slow learners)
• Ability to adjust lessons based on student understanding
• Maximize learning time — no passive teaching

💡 We are looking for someone who is:
Energetic, patient, talkative, confident, and passionate about teaching children

🧪 Strict Selection Process:
• Demo teaching required
• Mandatory trial teaching with real students before hiring
• Probation: 1–3 months (performance-based)
• KPI evaluation before confirmation
🕒 Schedule:
• Mon–Thu: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• Sat–Sun: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: Off
💰 Salary:
• 20,000 – 30,000 THB (based on performance)
🏠 Accommodation:
• 3,500 THB/month (air-conditioned room)
• Utilities ~1,500–2,000 THB
• 5-minute walk to school
