Responsibilities
1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
3. Be actively involved in teachers recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
4. Assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
5. Develop training and development programs for teachers.
6. Assist in performance management processes.
7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
8. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements
1. A Philippine passport holder
2. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
3. TOEIC: At least 750
4. At least 1 year proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position.
5. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
6. Proficient in MS Office
7. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
10. Strong work ethics and reliability
11. MUST BE IN THAILAND
Job details:
1. Work location: 61, 23 ถนน พุทธมณฑลสาย 1 Bang Duan, Phasi Charoen, Bangkok 10160\
2. Working hours: 8:00 - 4:00
3. Health insurance is provided
4. Work permit and visa are provided
5. 12 months contract
