Established in 1988 and authorized by the Private Education Commission (OPEC) of the Thai Ministry of Education, iTIM is renowned for offering diploma programs in hotel and tourism management.
Position: Food and Beverage Instructor
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct courses in Restaurant Services, Beverage Operation, Restaurant Management, and other related subjects following the course outline.
- Develop teaching materials including teaching plans, lesson plans, activity plans, handouts, and examination papers.
- Implement a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, activities, and homework reviews.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or restaurant management is required. Graduates from Swiss hotel schools are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in 5-star hotels. Teaching experience is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is essential to ensure the accuracy of instructional materials.
- Candidates should be pleasant, personable, well-groomed, and skilled in social etiquette.
