Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and highly organized, serving as the welcoming face of the school for prospective families and students. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling communications, supporting admissions processes, and providing general administrative support. The role requires strong English communication skills and confident IT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate visitor sign-in, appointments, and safeguarding.
- Support admissions inquiries and guide families through the application process.
- Arrange school tours and meetings and maintain admissions records.
- Provide administrative support and coordinate communication between parents and staff.
- Assist with student onboarding, school events, and parent engagement activities.
- Ensure a positive experience for families and handle inquiries with care.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Preferred experience in administration, customer service, or admissions.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficient IT skills, including database management.
