We are currently hiring a full-time English teacher for Saraburiwitthayakhom School, a government institution located in Saraburi Province, approximately 90 minutes from Bangkok. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach in the Science Mathematics Bilingual Program for lower secondary education, covering Grades 7 to 9. The position offers a twelve-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading, writing, grammar, and communication with a clear American or British English accent.
- Holder of a degree in education or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or upper-secondary level, with experience in Thailand considered an advantage.
- Possesses adaptability, a positive attitude, responsibility, and flexibility when working with others.
- English proficiency test results are required.
The salary ranges from 35,000 to 45,000 THB per month and is negotiable based on teaching experience in Thailand and other qualifications. The position includes a probation period of three months.
Responsibilities:
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Teach Grade 7-9 classes with a maximum of 25 students per class.
- Conduct up to 20 teaching periods per week, each period lasting 50 minutes.
- Serve as a classroom advisor and participate in school and community activities.
Additional Information:
- Preference is given to candidates currently residing in Thailand and ready to start work immediately.
- A Non-B visa and work permit will be provided.
