Hello, Gangdong POLY is excited to hire teachers who care about impacting young students learning English. We are seeking English native speakers who can handle both class management and administrative duties that include daily homework input and checking, weekly writing assignment and quizzes, and monthly report cards to name a few.
Teachers will be given training and guidance to learn about our campus culture and expectations in the classrooms.
Teachers will be expected to make weekly lesson plans and prep for all their classes based on the monthly teaching
schedule that is provided by POLY Headquarters. Our campus seeks teachers who will create a fun and safe learning environment despite the intensity of the curriculum. We expect our teachers to act and dress professionally while being self-motivated to learn and understand their students’ needs and learning styles. We strive to maintain a team-
oriented environment and make effort to support each other. We look forward to expanding our team!
