Job Description:

Leeds English Academy is looking for dedicated ESL instructors who prioritize structured teaching, accountability, and student progress.

Located in Seomyeon, Busan, we are committed to not only improving our students' English skills but also fostering their overall development.

Our curriculum emphasizes grammar-based speaking, reading-to-output instruction, and long-term progress.

The position involves teaching small group classes with a maximum of 8 students (advanced classes capped at 4+1) in well-equipped classrooms.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM with 5 classes per day.

In addition to a monthly salary of 2.8 million KRW, we provide 4 National Insurances, 11 paid vacation days, and national holidays.

There is also a performance-based salary increase opportunity for instructors who meet specific enrollment targets.
