Job Description:

IBM department in Dong-A Uni. In Busan is seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate for the position of English-Speaking Foreign Professor. This is a unique opportunity to join our esteemed IBM department and contribute to the academic excellence that defines our institution.

Position: foreign Full-time Faculty

Location: 225, Gudeok-ro, Seo-gu, Busan, Republic of Korea

Employment Term: 2 years (from March 1, 2024, to February 28, 2026)

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Principles of marketing, Organizational behavior, Management Science, Consumer behavior, Marketing strategy, Brand Management.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students of IBM department.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the academic environment.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in business administration (preferential treatment for doctoral degrees) Demonstrated expertise in business administration

Two or more years of teaching experience (four or more years when including master's degree program).

Excellent English language proficiency.

Must be living in Korea and have either an E1, E7 or F-series visa

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience at the university level.

International teaching experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
