Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years. Responsibilities include planning and implementing theme-based activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will collaborate with another full-time teacher, two teaching assistants, one nanny, and one cook. Our 25 children are divided into two groups for focused lessons and come together for outdoor play, circle time, and meals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting is preferred.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- A warm, organized, and optimistic personality, with a passion for working with children.
