Modulo Language School in Bangkok is seeking a Full-Time Native English Teacher to join our team. We are looking for a personable, knowledgeable, and effective teacher available to work evenings and weekends. The role involves teaching adult learners, children, and teenagers at various proficiency levels. Our courses include general English, business English, and academic test preparation such as IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC, along with phonics and more.
Teachers will conduct private lessons and small group sessions with a maximum of 8 students, and occasionally larger corporate classes. We offer competitive pay: 410 baht per 50-minute private lesson from Monday to Friday, with increased rates on weekends. First-year teachers can expect to earn at least 45,000 baht per month, with potential earnings increasing in subsequent contracts. Benefits include health insurance, visa and work permit assistance, paid training, and internal promotions.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree, an English teaching certificate (such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL), be native speakers from Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, or Australia, and be willing to commit to a one-year contract. You should currently reside in Thailand or be willing to relocate.

📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.
⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
