Kasetsart University Laboratory School Multilingual Program is seeking a full-time Native English Speaking (NES) English Teacher to join our team in Chon Buri, Thailand. Our school is affiliated with the Faculty of Education at Kasetsart University and is located in the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, about 1.5 hours from Bangkok. We cater to students from grade 1 to grade 12 and are looking for committed educators to teach primarily grades 3 and 4, with some responsibilities for grade 11 skill subjects.
Position: Full-time English Teacher for Thai Students
- Focus: Grades 3 and 4
- Skill Subjects: 1-2 periods per week for Grade 11
- Start Date: As soon as possible
Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with a passport from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa (mandatory).
- Maximum age of 60 years.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (teaching-related preferred) certified by the Thai Embassy and the Thai Consular in Bangkok.
- TOEIC score required for South African candidates.
- Criminal background check.
- Willingness to relocate to Chon Buri.
- Ability to plan and organize lessons using provided textbooks.
- Flexible and passionate about teaching.
- Team player, able to work with both Thai and foreign teachers.
- Awareness of classroom conditions (no air conditioning in classrooms, but available in the teacher’s room).
- Experience in a Thai school is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: 42,000 THB per month with yearly raises from the second year.
