Job Description:

Chulalongkorn University Secondary Demonstration School (CUD) in Bangkok is hiring a full-time native English-speaking teacher. We are seeking a qualified individual who is energetic, responsible, and culturally sensitive.

Qualifications:
1. Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
2. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Education or an equivalent field.
3. Have some teaching experience.
4. Hold a valid non-immigrant visa, preferably Non-O or Non-B.
5. Possess a passport with at least six months of validity.
6. Having a teaching license from another country, or a license from the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, is advantageous. A temporary teaching permit from the Teachers’ Council of Thailand may be accepted if it has not been issued more than twice.

Responsibilities:
- Teach English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, for grades 7-12 (M.1-M.6).
- Conduct 19-21 periods per week alongside Thai co-teachers.
- Create lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
- Work hours are from 7:40 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Participate in school activities such as English camps, teacher classes, parent meetings, school scout camps, gate duties, and proctoring.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary of 43,500 baht with a one-year renewable contract.
- Free lunch on workdays.
- Social security and accident insurance.
- Assistance with paperwork for Non-B visa and work permit (fees not covered).
- Leave entitlements include 30 sick days, 3 personal days, 98 maternity leave days, and 15 paternity leave days annually.
- Vacation leave available after one year of employment, not exceeding 6 working days.
