Job Description:

Chulalongkorn University Secondary Demonstration School (CUD) is in search of a dedicated native English-speaking teacher for a full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must be a native English speaker (UK, USA, CAN, AUS, NZL) with a vibrant and culturally aware personality.

2. Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent.

3. Demonstrated teaching experience.

4. Hold a valid non-immigrant visa (Non-O or Non-B visa preferred) and a passport valid for at least 6 months.

5. Having a teaching license from another country or Thailand's Teachers’ Council is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing to students in grades 7-12 or M.1-M.6.

• Create concise lesson plans, and organize teaching materials.

• Collaborate with Thai co-teachers for 19-21 periods/week from Monday to Friday.

• Engage in school activities and duties such as English camps, parent meetings, and gate duty.

• Work hours from 7.40 am to 4.30 pm.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Monthly salary of 43,500 baht with a 1-year contract renewal.

• Free lunch on workdays, social security, and accident insurance.

• Assistance with Non-B visa and work permit paperwork (fees not covered).

• Leaves include 30 sick days, 3 personal days, 98 maternity days, and 15 paternity days per year.

• Vacation after one year, not exceeding 6 working days.
