Job Description:

Roong Aroon School in Bangkok is seeking dedicated and reflective Generalist Teachers to join our holistic learning community. We welcome applicants interested in teaching Kindergarten, Primary, or Secondary students, with placement determined by experience and suitability.

Candidates must have native-level English fluency, with preference given to native English speakers due to our language-immersion program. We are looking for teachers who genuinely care for students as whole individuals, value child-centered learning, and are committed to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver student-centered, value-based lessons.
- Establish a safe, warm, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate effectively with co-teachers and teaching teams.
- Communicate with parents and participate in school meetings.
- Contribute positively to the school and community environment.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- An interest in holistic or experiential education.
- Native-level English fluency is required.
