Job Description:

Hysan Education in Bangkok is seeking a full-time German Language Teacher (Native Speaker) to join our team at MedLeap Pathways. We specialize in preparing aspiring healthcare professionals for global careers and are establishing a German Language Training Center in Bangkok. This role involves teaching German language classes from A1 to B2 level to adult learners preparing for study and work opportunities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective German language lessons to adult learners.
- Develop lesson plans and materials in line with Goethe-Institut and CEFR standards.
- Regularly assess and provide feedback on students' progress.
- Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to align teaching with students’ professional and cultural needs.
- Participate in teacher meetings, training, and workshops.

Requirements:
- Native German speaker with a teaching qualification such as DaF/DaZ or Goethe-Institut certificate preferred.
- At least two years of experience teaching adults up to B2 level.
- Familiarity with CEFR curricula and assessments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in teaching methods.
- Passion for language teaching and cultural exchange.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching in Southeast Asia or multicultural settings.
- Knowledge of online and blended learning tools.
- Basic English for classroom communication.

Compensation and Benefits:
