Treehouse Montessori Learning Center in Nonthaburi is seeking a Head of Kindergarten to lead our Early Years program, covering Pre-K to K3. This role involves mentoring our teaching team, ensuring high-quality, play-based, inquiry-driven learning, and supporting the holistic development and well-being of children. You will also engage with parents and the community through events and communication, and contribute to school leadership as part of the Senior Management Team.
Qualifications for the ideal candidate include a Bachelor's degree in Education, with a Master's degree preferred, over five years of experience in Early Years teaching, and at least two years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and child development, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for nurturing children's growth and inspiring educators are essential.
