*Position:* Head of Kindergarten
*Responsibilities:*
- Provide visionary leadership for the kindergarten program
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Conduct staff development and performance evaluations
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a kindergarten setting
- Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
