Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Physical Education and Sports Department to join our international teaching team. Located in Pathum Thani, SBS is part of the Arthit Ourairat Institute and offers quality education from Early Years through Year 13. As an authorized IB World School for Kindergarten and Primary, and a Cambridge International School for Secondary, we are committed to fostering the development of our students through a comprehensive curriculum.
Position: Head of PE and Sports Department
Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand
Salary: At least ฿72,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: August 2026 or earlier
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of the PE department.
- Assist the Principal with curriculum management and planning.
- Efficiently manage timetables and ensure they are on schedule.
- Plan and manage sports teams and competitions outside school hours.
- Responsible for subject coverage, grading, and report administration.
- Supervise and evaluate lesson planning and curriculum implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments and report to authorities on academic functions.
- Teach Physical Education to students aged 3 to 17 as per curriculum and Thai MOE requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sport Science or a related field.
- Professional teaching qualification/license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a structured setting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching/coaching sports.
- Fluent English speaker (C1 level).
- Strong administrative, motivational, and inspiring skills.
- Proficient in class management and teamwork.
