Job Description:

Firefly Forest School in Bangkok is looking to expand its team and invites passionate educators to join our nurturing, nature-based learning environment.

Available Positions:

1. Head Teacher (Kindergarten)
- Requirements: Native English Speaker
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with child-centered, Waldorf, Charlotte Mason, or nature-based education approaches

2. Part-time Teacher
- Requirements: Strong skills in Mathematics and English
- Special Consideration: Candidates with strengths in both subjects

Preferred Qualities for Candidates:
- A love for working with children
- A belief in learning through play, hands-on experiences, and real-life activities
- Open-mindedness, reflectiveness, and eagerness to grow within a learning community
- An appreciation for nature, creativity, and holistic education

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
