Job Description:

Mr. Tim’s Learning Land is hiring Phonics & Reading Comprehension Teachers for various full-time and part-time positions at our Bangkok campuses. Our school delivers a high-quality UK-based synthetic phonics program to Thai and international students, focused on improving reading, writing, and pronunciation.

Training is provided by qualified UK primary teachers, and all staff are trained in synthetic phonics and the UK National Curriculum.

🧑‍🏫 1. Full-Time Teaching Positions
• 📅 Start: June 2025
• 🗓 Schedule:
• Option A: Friday to Sunday
• Option B: Thursday to Sunday
• 💰 Salary: ฿40,000–฿45,000/month
• ⏰ Hours:
• Weekdays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 🎓 Summer School teaching is required during select months, with additional pay

🧑‍🏫 2. Part-Time Weekend Teachers
• 🗓 Schedule: Saturday or Sunday
• 💰 Rate: ฿4,000/day (4 classes)
• ⏰ Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 💡 Great for teachers looking for consistent weekend work

☀️ 3. Summer School Teachers
• 📅 Period: March through August
• 🗓 Schedule: Monday to Thursday
• ⏰ Hours: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• 💰 Pay: ฿6,000/week
• 📝 Note: Full-time staff are expected to teach summer school when scheduled

✅ Requirements
• Native-level English speaker (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (verifiable)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience with primary-aged students
• Clean criminal background check (from home country)
• Passion for teaching, professionalism, and excellent classroom presence
• Willingness to use technology (interactive whiteboards, touchscreens provided)
