Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification/license (or eligibility for certification) required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in an early childhood or kindergarten setting (IB experience preferred).
Knowledge and understanding of the IB PYP framework and inquiry-based learning approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children and fostering holistic, joyful learning.
