We are a new English academy located in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. Our team consists of four British teachers, one Korean teacher, a vice principal, and a director, all with extensive teaching experience.
At CREST English, we are looking for passionate and talented teachers to join us. We aim to have a team of seven native English teachers as we expand.

We offer a supportive and engaging environment for both students and teachers, with experienced head teachers guiding your teaching.
Job description and conditions
• Start dates:
- Immediate Start
- October 2025: 1 position available (Flexible start dates)
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 8:10 PM
• Teaching hours: 5~6 hours a day with breaks between classes
• Students: Kindergarten, elementary, and adults in one-on-one classes
• Class size: Up to 8 students
• Salary: 3.1 - 3.3 million KRW/month plus housing
• Benefits include insurance, paid vacation, visa support, and more
Location
• Geomdan, Incheon - 인천 서구 서로3로 198, ARCO
• Ara Station(Subway):
A 5-minute walk from the officetel.
A 10-minute walk from CREST English.
It takes 29 minutes to reach Hongik University Station from Ara Station.
Qualifications
• Required:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree
- Currently residing in Korea
- TESOL/TEFL qualification
• Preferred:
- Teaching experience in Korea
- Teaching-related qualifications
