English Teacher Position at Bilingual School of Universal Learning (SOUL) Little Prince

Location: Koh Phangan, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time, official employment with a 1-year work contract (extendable).

This position requires working on-site at our school in Koh Phangan, Thailand. We provide support for obtaining a 1-year Non-Immigrant B work visa and work permit, including necessary documentation and guidance, but visa application fees and related costs are the responsibility of the candidate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (5 days/week)

Position: Native English-Speaking Teacher (Ages 6-9)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate native English-speaking teacher (or a citizen of the country where English is an official language) to join our team, working with small classes of up to 8 students aged 6-9 years.

Responsibilities

Design and implement an academic program using an individualized teaching approach tailored to small class sizes.
Prepare sufficient and appropriate materials for lessons.
Support students in adopting positive behavior norms, including hygiene, polite language, and non-violent, conflict-free communication.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s adaptation, progress, and development.
Provide daily class reports for the parent communication channel.

Qualifications

Native English speaker with teaching experience and qualifications.
Passion for fostering a child’s personal growth and creating a supportive learning environment.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to our mission of respect, responsibility, and care.
