Lertlah Schools in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced kindergarten and primary math teachers for our locations on Phetkasem and Kanchanapisek Roads. These full-time positions begin in the last week of October 2025. We are looking for candidates who are native English speakers, team-oriented, and eager for a rewarding teaching opportunity.
The starting salary is a minimum of ฿40,000 per month, with compensation adjusted based on education and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and assessments in line with curriculum outcomes.
- Set and work towards goals with students.
- Utilize a variety of instructional resources and activities to teach students.
- Conduct both formal and informal performance assessments promptly.
- Maintain an organized and respectful classroom environment that encourages creativity and learning.
- Develop instructional materials beyond textbooks.
- Actively participate in school community events.
- Adhere to and support school policies and administration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in education, teaching, or a related field is required, with preference for those with a relevant degree.
- Experience working with young children.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude towards young children.
- Strong work ethic and efficient time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general teaching technology.
