Anglo Singapore International School in Bangkok is looking for a dedicated and experienced Kindergarten English Teacher to join our Early Years team starting in August 2026. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality English instruction to young learners, fostering their language development, confidence, and social-emotional growth. This full-time position offers a salary of at least ฿75,000 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver English lessons to Kindergarten students using child-centered and developmentally appropriate teaching methods.
- Plan and conduct early learning experiences to build language foundations, including vocabulary, phonological awareness, early reading, and pre-writing skills.
- Assist students in developing essential English skills in speaking, listening, pre-reading, and pre-writing.
- Establish a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages focus and positive learning habits.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback to support individual development.
- Communicate with parents about students' progress and support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality English program in Kindergarten.
- Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to school policies, including safeguarding and child well-being.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, English, or a related field.
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
- At least 2–3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten or Early Years settings.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate instruction.
- Experience in international or multicultural school settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in English for teaching and communication.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A nurturing and enthusiastic teaching style with a commitment to early learning and child development.
