Job Description:

Treehouse Montessori Learning Center in Nonthaburi is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with young children aged 3–4 years and a strong understanding of child development. Montessori experience is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
- Foster curiosity, independence, and creativity in young learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's holistic development.
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license is preferred.
- Experience working with children aged 3–4.
- Montessori training/experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
